Can Whole Kernal Corn (drained)
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Can of Black Beans
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
3/8 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 Cup of Chopped Onions
1 Cup of Chopped Green Peppers
Put everything
in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Turn it down and let
it simmer for 15 minutes. The Corn and Black Beans combine to
make a complete protein that can replace meat in your meal.
You can also brown some small pieces of steak in the saucepan
at the start and add the other ingredients after it's done to
make it a meat and vegetable dish.
