If
you are having problems with your Microwave Wireless connectivity
you may be experiencing a problem called latency. Latency
can be prevented by routinely rebooting your system on a weekly
basis. It can also be resolved by rebooting.
To
reboot your Wireless Radio simply unplug the power on the
radio modem and count to 20. Then plug it back it. It's as
easy as unplugging and plugging in a calculator adapter. If
you don't know where your radio modem is located just follow
the wire from the antenna on your roof to where it goes in
the building. The Wireless Radio Modem should be on the inside
near that point.
You
should also reboot any devices such as fire walls or servers
that are plugged into the radio modem.

this doesn't resolve your problem, please contact Technical
